well if it was all sports then I would say hands down soccer.... but since you have left it up to NBA, NFL, or MLB, I would have to say NBA.  There is way too much complaining in the NBA and the officials have the hardest job of officiating.  Every call is a judgement call.  Sometimes it's ok to play physical and other times they will call any contact a foul.  Sometimes referee's change how they are calling in the middle of the game.  With players like Rasheed Wallace (some say all of the Pistons complain but I think it's mostly sheed), Ginobli, Paul Pierce, and many other complainers, the NBA has to take the cake.
