We would love to know names of barrios....and would love it if we were near a decent gym. A central location is essential. Thanks to any replies!!!

If you are definitely moving there then you should have arranged your accommodation by now. The best way is to go there and look for yourself. I live in Spain and I see people coming here and chancing it, then having to go home because they didn't research their move sufficiently.
