  1. What suburbs were you looking at? Are you here for work or school?

Stay away from the city, beachside suburbs (North of the Swan River) and Canal areas the house prices (rent and buying) are ridiculously high. Its not as expensive as the answerer from Sydney(which is the most expensive city in Australia) makes it out to be but fuel prices are high and we don't have many cheap little markets and stuff. You will need to make some friends over here so they can pass on their knowledge.

Public transport is great though and people are friendly and the beaches are beautiful!

  2. muy bien yo tambien moving to perth in mid novembre

    soy de nepal

  3. i live in sydney australia, i have been to perth on work assignment and been there for 6 months.all i can tell you is it is expensive city, house renting and traveling is costly. very dry summers and very chilled winters. has better transport facilities by means of public buses when compared to trains. but hard to get public transport after 10pm. you will find people from many nationalities especially africans, chinese, indians, indonesian, european. and stay away from drug addicted aboriginal community there.
