We are also getting Web Acceleration client error (513) and have Hughes Net.?

Sounds like other Hughes Net customers are going through this too. It's a nuisance. We didn't install it; how do we uninstall it?

  1. Since you didn't install the web accelerator it sounds like either Hughes included it as part of the package or it installed itself after visiting a particular website.  I'd contact Hughes customer support and have them help you in uninstalling it. There's a contact link in the left column.
