  1. O'Neill holds the Highland open there every year in Thurso.  Pretty far from you but in reality any coast that faces west usually has waves.

  2. If you can, head up to Thurso in the far north.  They have some of the world's best surfing there.  I believe that they had the world championships there a year or two ago - it's that good!

  3. thurso. Ireland has some good spots.

  4. nooooooooooo take the boat over to n. ireland

    20 ft waves a few weeks back!! : )

classssssss to dangerous for me tho. id die.

or if ur more of a pro.... s. ireland

40 foot waves a few weeks back with a huuuge swell

  5. Check out Lewis, Tiree or Machrihanish.  Of course, pack your wetsuit!

  6. I live in the West Coast.  I've seen a few people wind surfing and also Kite surfing on Troon/Barassie beach.  I don't know much about it though, so couldn't tell you if it's any good for it or not.

  7. I live on the sw coast and there is no surfing here
