The best anyone can say is probably.  I have been on a cruise at Superbowl time and the ship did show the game in one of its sports bars.  I have also seen high interest games in the sports bars.  But since your ship is Italian interest in the game may not be as high.  In addition, unless the ship has a satellite connection to pick up the signal it will not get the game.  When the ships do pick up these games they are generally not shown in cabins, just in a central place like a sports bar.
