  1. Check your on-board account via the menu on your TV a day or 2 after you board.  You should see a credit for the pre-paid gratuities.

Take along your credit card statement or other documentation showing the pre-paid gratuities.

Visit the Purser's Office if there is an issue.

  2. If you prepay the prepaid amount will show up as a credit on your cabin statement. If it does not show up go to the purser desk and have it taken care of.

    Happy Sailing.

  3. That should mean that you should not have to pay tips again ... unless you want/get exceptional service from a particular person on board, and want to give them cash.

As long as you paid by credit card, you've got proof that you've paid. If they charge your card again, you can dispute it with your card company when you get back and have it reversed.

  4. that will cover your room steward / dining team tips.  Remember that if you order drinks from the bar or casino a tip will be added into the cost.  You will also need tipping money for the porters, room service people, tour guides etc.

  5. you have paid for all of your tips with the excpetion of any drink that you buy onboard. If you purchase a soda or alcoholic drink, you will be charged with a 15 percent gratuity fee, unless you have bought the soda card. Also, if people help you at the port with your baggage, they do not work for the cruise line, so it would be nice to tip them maybe one or two dollars a bag. If you order room service, its nice to tip them a dollar or two depending on how much food you ordered. that's all that you will have to pay extra for, you're dining room staff and room steward is what is a lot of money and is what you have already paid for when you bought your tickets.

    Hope this helps!!
