Nightlife isn't too good in Cabo San Lucas compared to other Mexican beach resort cities.  Mainly rich American golfers and fishers there.

Hola!  Do you mean where's the best hotel to stay at that is close to the nightlife?, or which hotel has the best nightlife at it?  If you are asking the latter, almost all the all-inclusives have their own shows and parties throughout the week.  The Riu, the Crowne Plaza, the Westin Regina, etc etc.  

But to have the best fun is to check out our famous nightclubs in downtown Cabo.  Cabo Wabo, the Gigglin Marlin, El Squid Roe are the top three.  They are all walking/stumbling distance from each other, and there are also others in the same area.  Stay in one of the hotels that are close to Cabo and walk to the fun nightly.
