Or you can make a big big pot of homemade pizza suace/spaghetti sauce and can it in jars if you dont have much freezer space..or freeze it if you do ...You can take whole tomatoes and dip in boiling water for a few seconds..then peel them and can them or freeze them as we...Heres how to can in a boiling bath canner...

Try making tomato chutney or relish or you could sun dry them and keep them in olive oil. Puree and freeze would be another way.
