My Birthday the first of june but my party may 31. we have about 14, mostly teens, inexpensive willing to go out of theater area not to far though. not sredipities3, and is jkyle and hyde really that bad? (its a sweet sixteen) Thanks in advance no rude coments please

Maybe Mars 2112 or Michael Jordan's.  Jekyll and Hyde's is down in the Village and a little out of your way unless you don't mind taking the subway (A train) or a cab.

you could try Ruby Foos on Broadway and 50th I think. its a little bit pricey, but if you order food for a group you can bring the price down

ellen's stardust diner on Broadway and 51st is also fun, more on the casual side, and the waiters sing and dance

Mangia e Bevi is on 53rd and Ninth - it's a lot of fun - the waiters (some of them are adorable) dance with the customers.  They have lots of pastas and individual pizzas on the menu which, even with desert, will bring you in under budget.
