We are having a destination wedding and I have an idea but I need some help with it...?

Ok, so we are having a destination wedding in a really old, very pretty church! The next morning I want to offer breakfast to our guests at the hotel. What kinds of things should I serve? I know coffee, but I was also thinking things like chai tea and some of those cappuccino mixes that you add to hot water or milk and some hot chocolate. What other drinks should there be (there will be several children)? What kinds of food should we serve?

Orange juice, milk and water along with the coffee, tea and hot chocolate would be great. I like the previous idea of an omlette bar. Waffles are never a bad idea and a lot of kids like them. Bacon or Sausage is great. Fresh fruit...either apples, oranges and bananas people can pick up or chopped up fruit salad. Possibly some bagels, english muffins or bread with a toaster available for folks who don't want a "big" breakfast.

Orange juice and milk are a must.... Have eggs for omlettes.... They did that at the cruise I went to, and it was like an Omlette's Subway.... They had everything set up, and people told the chef/cook what they wanted on theirs, and it was made on the spot.... Really cool.... Bacon, and sausages, Pancakes? (I don't like them) Toast, definately, and some cereal boxes for the kids.....

Hi.  Before asking for suggestions from us, why not speak with the hotel restaurant.  

I am sure they will be able to put together a nice menu for you.  Possibly they will even be able to let you use one of their private rooms (if this is an option at this hotel.)

Some ideas are:

~ a variety of juices

~ coffe, tea, hot chocolate

~ pancakes/french toast

~ scrambled eggs

~ sausage or bacon

~ hash browns

~ a variety of muffins or pastries
