We are hoping to get our greencard soon(485). my 15 yr old child is in the phils.how can she get her GC?

she has a dependents visa expiring in aug 2008 and is finishing high school in the philippines.can she apply for adjustment of status from there?

adjustment of status can be filed  when your body is  standing on US soil

Adjustment of status is not available to an alien who is outside the U.S. Instead of adjustment of status processing, your daughter can go through consular processing. You may petition for her once you become a permanent resident.
