We are locked out of our pool, and the key is not working.

we have a locked pool gate and the key is not working. does anyone know of a way to remove that lock without destroying the entire gate? Or is there a way to remove the entire gate and remove the lock that way?

The credit card trick rarely works anymore.  Why not try calling a locksmith...it will be cheaper then having to replace the whole gate and they come prepared with special tools.

pick the lock by sliding any card in between the lock. But if it is a dead bolt lock then, no way to remove the entire gate without destroying it.

Before calling a lock smith try spraying the lock with some WD40. Could be there's something in there or it's become corroded inside. Worth a try.
