What would be a good ecnomical resource to find candidates. Does anyone know we are in MI state and looking for GM for our franchise hotel please suggest us some site which is effective

I always hire from within.  Someone at the hotel is able to learn the job.  If you own the hotel,it is your job to know who the best employees are.  You will always do better and your employees will love you. /
