I have heard of some great places like: Suwanee, Duluth Virginia Hills, Lenox and Buckhead. We are looking for a neighborhood feel with the convenience of having things close.

  1. I own a one bedroom condo in the Perimeter area, which is Sandy Springs.  Sandy Springs is the next area just after Buckhead.  It intertwines with another area called Dunwoody.  This is a hot, hot area, and let me tell you, I miss itl.  We have our one bedroom rented, and I miss, miss, miss it.  This is the area I recommend.

Is it just you?  Family of two?  three?  four?

    renting or planning to buy?

email me and I can help (or at least try).

    Welcome to Atlanta.

  2. Suwanee would be my choice.. its growing and theres alot of homes new and old to chose from..  and downtown suwanee always has something going on.. its close to the expressway and 10 miles from Mall Of GA...  plus its not as expensive as Lenox or Buckhead and not as crowded

  3. I live in Georgia. It depends on your price range. Buckhead is an awesome place to live if you have the money. Roswell is another good place which ranges for affordable to really expensive. It is in the suberbs but really close to the city.  Buckhead is like the city but allot nicer with clubs, restaurants, high rise buildings some nice malls near by.

  4. I dont know, All those places are nice but they come w/ a price. I live in Kennesaw. Not  far from everything. Though the commute in the after to get home sometimes is a pain. I use to live in Buckhead and it was expensive and deal w/ traffic.
