We are moving to London. Can anyone recommend good locations to rent a 2 bedroom flat for 250-330 PW?

We are a young couple in our thirties.

We don't really know London (apart from being tourists there), and we are looking for a combination of a not too far and safe location vs. price

The areas to avoid are normally, Brixton, (South London) and Hackney (East London). In general West London is regarded as safer but also more expensive.
