Try visiting Mysore....Most of the things over there are cheap...

You can try Honnemardu - it is an ideal 2 day trip with nature :)

It will cost you about Rs 1000 per head  + your own travel expense......

ah ha ............... that is a welcome question ...........this summer...

IF its towards...Mysore

1. Dept Blr at 6 am

2.Breakfast at Janapada loka

3.Arrival to Mysore at 9.30

4.Check in hotel

5.Go to Mysore Palace....the Jaganmohan Palace

6.spend the night at Planet X ( sporty. relaxing etc etc)

7.Get up at 9am..go to Chamundi Hill

8.after breakfast ...move to Balmuri Falls en route to KRS Dam

9. have lunch at any of the restaurants n mysore

10. depart to Bangalore so that u reach by 7.... hit the bed and be fresh to the morning

other places are Masanagudi....but since its summer...its no fun...the other bet would be kushalnagar and the paying guests all the en route mercara....but for this your journey will be at least 3+3 hours which i don't suggest ........similar is ooty cas its 3+3hours to the top of ooty

if u r a young couple ...you can try ..... try Jungle lodges near HD Kote.......or the island ( am not getting the name ) near Talkadu.........  a few hotels near Nagarahole is also available...

so send u r profile ..and may be i can suggest something better as to what is u r group consisting of ....so my answer can be more precise

chunchi falls, cauvery fishing camp, sangam, makedaatu, then deviate towards shivanasamudra ( gaganachukki and barachukki) visit talakad, somanathpura temples, if you are intrested in trekking... then u can visit mm hills... which comprises 77hills- thee eastern ghats, but be fit for trekking... its a tough task.
