  1. Yes, but due to massive fraud ($200 million worth of fraud) there are no providers who can process the claims for you.  You have to pay in cash and then submit the receipt to TriCare for reimbursement.

There's a group of people trying to open an approved TriCare facility in Angeles City where claims could be processed for you.  I haven't heard how much progress they've made.

  2. Tricare standard is in use here in the Philippines. So if you have Tricare Prime you need to change to standard if you plan on using it here.

You need to make sure your providers is on the authorised providers list or you won't be reimbursed. Not ALL hospitals, doctors etc. require you to pay upfront and file a tricare claim. My providers here in Iloilo fill out the claim and I don't pay upfront. I am billed only for my costshares and deductables.

  3. Do you mean Tricare? Yes you can but some hospital don't do it automatically even if they are listed at Tricare's website, you need to submit the receipts for reimbursement, there are list of accredited hospitals, doctor's clinic at Tricare's website.
