not as expensive, but more beautiful then france or spain. google some pics, you'll be suprised..i was in montenegro from the 11 to 18 july..enjoyed it very much..

romania is pretty good,it has 'dracula's castle' , peles castle and palace of the parliament plus palace of colture, romanian anthenaeum... and also nice churches....
