We are ready to move a mobile home on our land...?

we are in the process of buying a new mobile home..we are putting our land up..which is free of lien and judgments..we are currenting probating our grandma's will which left the land to my mom..the probate is supposed to close on september 20th...the lawyer and bank of the mobile home wants to wait until the estate close to move the mobile home..but the probate court says we can go ahead and move the trailer... do they have to wait until the estate close and why?..the mobile home is ready to be moved..also does the estate close on time? I am in columbia, south carolina..how does the closing process work

The bank  & the lawyer want to wait because if something were to go wrong with probate they would be in big trouble.  Wait.  It's only a month.
