  1. It does noit hurt you if you have more but, you have to limit it.  If you have too much dairy in your diet it can constipate you.

High consumption of milk has been linked to diabetes.  My dad drank lots of milk and he became diabetic(and eventually died, after many years of suffering, from complications of diabetes).  Finland has the highest consumption of milk in the world and also the highest rate of diabetes. Please do some research first.

  5. No it won't milk is good for you, drink as much as you like. It will make you fat but if you drink skimmed milk it will not make you fat. It tastes the same as regular too.

  7. As humans, we're not supposed to drink milk. In fact, we're the only species who continues to drink it past infancy. Why do you think so many people are lactose intolerant?

    You can get calcium from other sources, not just milk. So don't get into a rut thinking that you NEED milk. You don't.

  9. Yes its very possible it could hurt you.   Your bones could become so strong and hard that whenever you bend any of your joints.. walk or hit something with a body part your bones might rip thru your flesh because of their increased strength... either that.. or no.

    Keep in mind though that just like anything else too much is not good either.

    Too much calcium can increase the chance of getting kidney stones. Depending on the fat content too much can add extra fat and calories too which may make it harder to keep weight off.

    But you should be able to easily have 4 - 6 glasses with no concerns at all.

  11. It's a minimum of 2 glasses a day... not a maximum of 2 glasses a day.
