  1. Go straght to the flight attendents desk ...let them know your situation ...they deal with lil rascals every day ...most likely ..room permitting ...they will put you a nd your "Rs" up at the bulk head..very close to where they have theyr work station ...it seems to keep the kids attention on them and not themselves ...and of course there is more big people around

good luck ..dont worry bout it  and have a nice flight not fright !

  2. Go to the dollar store and buy one toy for every hour of the flight. Wrap them up like gifts. Give them one after take off. When you notice them starting to get restless, give them another one.

  3. See articles below for some ideas.

  4. Talk to your pediatrician.  He may suggest that you give them something for motion sickness, and that will also make them drowsy.

Give the 5 year old gum to chew (if he/she won't swallow it), and give the 2 year old a pacifier if he/she uses one, because their ears will hurt and they won't know to swallow to help them pop. Books may keep the 5 year old entertained but there's not much you can do with a 2 year old and keeping them in their seat for a few hours can be difficult. Good luck.
