We are trying to conceive. I stopped taking birth control three weeks ago. Had a period this month? test when?

my cycle was due to come on while on the birth control on August 14 but when I stopped taking them I came on August 5 and stayed on for four days. How soon do you think I can take a pregnancy test next month.

my wife stopped taking her bc pills in may after her period and had another 2 weeks later in june we thought it was b/c of her pills but found out she was pregnant so what i'm saying wait until you are supposed to have your next period and see if it comes and if it don't then take a test thats what we done in july
