They are'nt working with us may force to sell, I'm a grandma and it's very sad, need help. a bad business partner caused this bond to go a judgement and property lien

You may need to go to court to get a declaratory judgment ordering the removal of the lien.  You will need to show that the person placing the lien did so by trick, fraud or deception.
