We are trying to think of a catchy slogan for our viet restaurant. Any ideas?

The restaurant is called Pho Saigon 8 (Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine). We are trying to think of a catchy slogan. Any ideas? We serve a lot different viet food (besides pho) so we don't want to just include the word "pho" in our slogan. Thanks for the help!
