Looking for a hat-trick of IPL champ titles, Chennai Super Kings have had a roller-coaster ride so far this season. With two-wins in five outings so far, Dhoni’s Super Kings have looked anything but the champions and must be eager to get back on the track
when they play Warriors in the return leg of IPL at Chepauk tonight.
When asked about his team’s inconsistent performance so far in the esteemed tournament, Fleming said that it has been the most open tournament so far where all the teams are at their best, adding that they were looking forward to strengthening their position
in the league with a win against Warriors on Thursday night.
"To be frank, we lack the edge of a champion team. We do not take comfort from such performances but this time the tournament is too close,” Fleming, the former http://www.senore.com/Cricket/New-Zealand-c754 skipper said at the pre-match press conference. “Trust me, we are very determined
to win tomorrow and try and strengthen our status in the league phase," he added further.

Fleming hoped to relish the home conditions when they take upbeat Pune Warriors India in their sixth IPL match in Chennai on Thursday night.
"We rectified our mistakes while chasing 200 in the game against Royal Challengers Bangalore. The track here is different to that of the first game we played on [against http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mumbai-c820 Indians],” said the Chennai coach. “We will certainly use the home advantage
and hope the pitch behaves in the same way like in our match against RCB," he added further.
