There's a spinning piece that connects to the upper dishrack, the s***w that holds it in place is gone..and isn't just a regular s***w. I need to fix this and don't want to call a repairman for a s***w..

  1. just go on line ,have it mailed to your house

  2. Write down the Make, Model & Serial Number of the dishwasher and go to a Sears Repair facility, they will look it up and show you pictures or diagrams of all the parts for that dishwasher.  You can point to the part you need and they will order it for you after you pay for it.  The part will be mailed to your home from directly from the manufacturer or supplier.  If it is a "common" part they may have it in stock.

If there is no Sears repair facility in your area, you can go to an "appliance repair parts” facility, Look it up in the Yellow pages of the phone book.  Good luck.

  3. Spot-on above...........
