  1. As the visa said, 3 years.

  2. The fact that you came into this country with a visa saved you. The fact that your child was born here grants you the right to stay here. Your child is an American citizen through birth, therefor you cannot be asked to leave. You may however be required to take the citizenship test.

  3. until the visa expires.  What does the baby have to do with anything?  TMI

  4. I believe you have up to seven years, and as the holder of such a visa, you are exempted from the requirements to continue establishing a non-immigrant intent.  Getting your green card should be easy.

Your child is a dual citizen of the US and of your country.

  5. For the length of your L1 visa.

  6. 1) Until the visa expires

    2) Your child may or may not have dual citizenship depending on the other country (Mexico does not allow dual citizenship but allows dual nationality)

    3) The baby can remain here but you have to go

    4) In 21 years the baby can file for you to immigrate to the US if everything is favorable at that time.

  7. UNtil the next election
