We can't serve you water?

OK, so I stop at a local fast food place and ordered a chicken sandwich combo, a small sundae, and a small water. They said they couldn't give me a cup of water!?! I could see if I didn't order anything, but I spent $10! What's the deal!?!?

I'd call corporate and complain.  I did that with bad service at Long John Silver's and they kissed my *** for months.  Free food, etc.
