                     Brilliance is a part of the whole being. Brilliance does play an important part in shaping our fate, but it is not the only factor which shapes it. It is a part of the whole Universe and the Whole Universe plays the real part in shaping or fate.

Though we have the Free Will? It is One of the most important factors in shaping our Fate. Without a Will we are just a vegetable.
