  1. unfortunately, they cant compete with the thoroughbreds

  2. That would be a great idea, I've even thought about that a few times myself!  Though it would still be nice if they could reamin wild.

  3. Unfortunately, many of the Thoroughbred race tracks in the US are having money problems.  Many of the tracks are suffering because no one comes to bet on the horses anymore.  Now many tracks are fighting for the casinos trying to get more people to come.  Long story short, I doubt anyone would start something like that because there won't be any money in it.  Most wild horses are so protected that when you adopt one, you have to agree not to sneeze around them.  Of course Im exzadurating, but people that adopt them out will frown on racing because they will think it is cruel.

  4. Mmm well no i reckon they are best left in the wild unless someone want to look after them not race them most race horses dont have a life all they do is run and 80% of them get put down due to they are to slow or injured but the injury can be fixed race horse trainers a cruel people some arent but most are dont destroy another breed of horses

  5. your idea is sound...nevada has a lot of wild horses and they want to save em...i would contact the chamber of commerce in carson city and put them onto your idea

  6. Actually turning a "Thoroughbred" into a racehorse isn't a bad idea. I mean racehorses are treated wonderfully, and the owners are like obsessed with them.
