This guy ran through my 5 ft. iron-fenced yard the other day.It was daylight and it really scared the c**p out of us.My husband caught up with him, he was being chased by someone but he is a known crack addict and thief in the neighborhood and he has been caught in the act in someone's house while they were actually in the house. He's really sneaky. My husband caught up with him across the street hiding in the backyard. He made him lift his shirt to make sure he hadn't stolen anything.he really wanted to beat the sh't out of him but couldn't because the police were already on their way. Before the police got here these two guys pulled up asking if we'd seen him.I did tell them which way he went hoping they'd catch up with him for whatever it was that he did. Today he was walking past our house again but he was scoping things out and the dog was going crazy. He was just standing there looking around. If he is caught in our yard I feel sorry for him if my husband catches him.If he, my husband, hurts this guy will he get in trouble? We have a child in the house so you know as most parents do we will do whatever it takes to keep him safe.Just think of your child running to you saying,"Momma, a guy just jumped the fence!"Oh, yes, and my dog almost grabbed him by the pant leg but he was really quick to jump the fence.

  1. I don't understand why you haven't called the cops if you are so worried.

  2.    Your husband does not have the right to knock him out or take his life. He didn't do any harm to your life so therefore you have no right. If you catch him all you could do is call the police on him for trespassing. If he is endangering you life yes you may protect yourself and harm him. Just ask your husband to stay calm it;s just a crack addict running through your iron fence.

I'll keep you in my prayers

  3. You cannot go around beating people if they run through your property. A person is not an animal and you cannot beat an animal, why would you think you can do that to a human. What if your child runs through someones yard and they beat her because she is the child of the human beater of people who run through yards.

  4. Your husband has the right to beat the guys ***, but then the crack addict also has the right to sue your husband for assaulting him. I guess you guys would just have to decide if the risk is worth it.
