We don't know what we know?

when we are talking about knowledge, greetings for my idol taleb nassim.

To me, we know what we know; we just don't know how much we don't know.

However, we can assume that what we don't know is more than what we do know.

I'm not exactly sure about what the question is, it could be interpreted many different ways since it's somewhat vague.

But.

-You could subconciously have absorbed more information than you are aware of.  But yes, any information you know, you do know.

-'Knowledge', as a general term is something humans have defined, therefore it is possible to know exactly what you're talking about when discussing knowledge.
