The Nerazzurri manager admits he was moved by the splendid display of players; praises Wesley Sneijder for a special performance.
Claudio Ranieri was misty-eyed after Inter Milan’s 2-0 victory over Chievo Verona on Friday, March 9.

While talking to the press, the Nerazzurri boss explained that the tears were of profound happiness, and expressed his love for the boys who put in so much into the game.

“We played truly well and they deserved this win after a month of abstinence. I have to thank these lads for tonight’s performance, as they finally played like Inter.”
The manger admitted that the win will provide the much needed morale boost ahead of the UEFA Champions League match against Olympique Marseille. He told that reaching the quarter-finals of the European Competition is the next focus
for the Milan outfit.

Ranieri revealed that the president complimented the team and he is extremley happy. He thanked Moratti for his support and admitted that he enjoys a good rapport with the Patron.
The relaxed manger admitted that the victory has given him and the president a lot of breathing space.
