We are not afraid of bees and don't mind them there. Is there another reason to remove it or can we let it be?

  1. You will eventually get stung if you leave it there.  If someone in your family has allergies to bees, you better get rid of it.

  2. Let it be!  Bees are very helpful in the environment.

  3. Let it be unless your are allergic.

  4. Call a beekeeper. They will relocate the swarm without undue harm. If you don't know anyone who can give you the name of a beekeeper, call your local animal control department or local Fire Department. These can usually put you into contact with the people you need.

The decline of native bee populations in the recent past is a huge concern.  Many hives are empty now for some reason and I haven't seen any good explanations or solutions. Bees are necessary for the pollination of crops and without them pollination methods will have to be developed.

  5. jump up and down on the plank and run like h**l

  6. I would still get rid of them. I would call termX and have them take care of it b4 it becomes a problem.
