We got my mom an easyshare G610 for christmas and it stop wprking after one use Walmart wouldnt take it back

we went to copy pictures from her camera that came with printer that she still uses.But the deck would not load or pick up paper from deck.She cannot use it at all.Mine that I have also stop working.She still has the deck but lost the box because of a gift we would like to have it fixed Wal-Mart in Maysville,Ky wouldn't take it back because use kids got it in November.Hopefully you can help us

Well it seems that you should go to the company directly and tell them what you just told me. Wal-Mart can no longer help with the problem but the company can.
