Why can we see the desk top on the big screen, but when we go to the movie playing, we don't see it?

  1. hello  . need more info as to  what your system consists of . amp dvd  etc    tell us more of your system


  2. On the assumption you are trying to play a DVD on a computer and see the movie on the projector, you must set up the display properties so that it is set for a single monitor (i.e. not dual monitor / clone). You then select the projector as the display and it should work fine.

  3. check your monitor out settings.  make sure it is set for one not two in display settings
