We have New Zealand Pygmy Weed (Crasula Helmsii) in our pond anybody know how to get rid of it?

If you manually pull it out, it breaks up and makes it multiply.

More than likely you are going to need to get a kind of carp that will eat the weed and keep it in check. If you don't, every fall season the weed will die and cause eutrophication to happen in your pond, thus killing all the fish.
