Question:

We have a 5 month old and live in the Phoenix area. What is the best temperature to keep inside our house?

I don't want to keep it too warm inside because I'm afraid of dehydration. He sweats some while he sleeps. Are we keeping our house too warm? Our thermostat is usually kept around 84 degrees. (I know...VERY WARM!!)

  1. if you are comfortable he is likely comfortable. Sweating a little is normal, its not like he's running a marathon. If you are concerned you can drop the thermostat a few degrees or put a fan in his room for circulation.
