We have a 8825 with the scanner and the scanner display is always reading "NOT READY" I do not see the lamp turn on when we power the scanner. At first the scanner would copy somethign but the page would be black instaed of the text or lines from our maps. Any thoughts? We have followed the instructions from the manual but they eventually sya contaact a repair person. Any sugeestions in the Billings Montana area? Thanks.
