Question

We have a Compaq computer. Audio is not working. Sound comes thru on an occasional e-card but not all. Nothing else. It says it is disabled in one place and says it is working in another. I once tried, months ago to adjust the volume on the toolbar and think I may have accidentally disabled it and now it does not respond when I follow the instructions to fix or adjust it. It just will not do anything.
