We have a Sony Cybershot DSC-W1. When we turn the camera on it fails to start properly. The lens moves a little, it beeps 18 times and then displays "Turn the power off and on again". We have tried changing the batteries, but it has made no difference. When we turn it off it moves the lens, but does not bring it fully back. Any tips appreciated.
