We have a Sony Dream

We have a Sony Dream System DVD player in our Honda van. It was installed after purchase by The Good Guys in Emeryville, CA.The system powers on, but doesn't respond to any commands. i believe there is a disk in it, but it won't eject so we can't load a new one. It doesn't play.
