We have a garage that was built raised from the ground level, plywood floor. Is it possible to pour concrete?

  1. I wouldn't do it!  Of course, you could pull the concrete, build an external frame around the garage and then pour onto the ground.


  2. It will work I dont see why not if the wall gets damaged then you will have to bust the concrete to repair the wall but that is alright Good Luck

  3. It sounds like an oversized shed.  You'll need to remove the floor and then pour concrete.  Otherwise, the floor will either sag due to the weight or eventually sink due to rot of the wood.  I'm assuming it is not raised so high that there is a room beneath it.

  4. Doubtful.  Concrete is heavy.  I would consult a structural engineer before making any plans to proceed with this.
