yes, yet if it hasnt been with a male turtle for 3 months, then they are infertile/will not produce babies.  If it has go to 'turtle' search and find out, i believe you will have to get them out of the water without touching them, yet keep them most or they will drowned when they hatch.

be sure to wash your hands anytime you care for your turtle, even accidental fingers to lips can easily cause samonila.

Even if the eggs were fertile, the ones laid in water are dead. Try to provide a larger land area in the tank next year and learn the technique before you touch the eggs. Turtle eggs are easy to kill.
