  1. My wife does the sweating at home. We installed a ceiling fan over the bed; problem solved for now.


  2. Get a good, all natural fiber mattress pad.  Also try to use only natural fibers for your sheets and bedding.  This is breathable fabric, where synthetics hold the heat in.
