  1. is it just the kittens you are lookiing for homes for/

Why would you try to put them in a shelter thats mean! Try and find them homes. I put an add on online pet adverts place and within 24 hours i have a firm home for one of my kittens - i have a litter of 6 and had homes for 3 before they were born, so now we only have to find 2 homes in the next 8 weeks. if i cannot find homes they will stay with me. shelters are crowded enough; if you didnt want to have the responsibility you shouldnt have let your cat  have kittens!

  2. Mom cat won't last long in a shelter anyways.  This time of year, adults are passed up for kittens.

I would just keep searching for shelters, but this time look for No-Kill shelters.  There are some out there!

If you want, you can do newspaper ads or craigslist ads, but make sure that you know the new owner is a good owner.  Ask a lot of questions, go inside their home and have a look before giving them the kitten or cat.

Did you breed them yourself?  If you did, why did you do it if you knew that you were going to have to give them up?  If you didn't, maybe you could foster them all together until the kittens are old enough to be away from mommy and they can go to different shelters.  Are you keeping momcat?  If you are, I would try and get all three kittens to go to the same shelter.  Please try for a no kill shelter!

    Good luck!!!

  3. maybe take out a free ad in a yahoo email group.. or local paper.. for free mother kitten and babbies to good home..
