We have a new Nintendo Wii. It worked fine for 3 weeks but now when we get the message to press A to continue the remote does not respond. The blue lights at the bottom show but it does not continue. We thought that it could be batteries but it is not. It might be that the console doesn't respond to the remote. The fact is that it gets stuck and doesn't go any further. Could you help us, please?
