  1. LOL.

I am now 30, and this was awhile back, but I will tell ya what I did to my notebooks, binders, and planner.

I went through magazines and books I didn't want anymore and found quotes that I liked, words, pictures of people, things, celebs, etc. I taped them with just a little bit of tape in a collage form. After this I took clear packing tape and wrapped it all the way around the outside to fully secure.

You will probably find something better to do, but thanks for letting me remanice.

  2. The cover? I love kitchy, catholic art so I would make a big, gaudy Virgin of Guadalupe on it using cut fabric, glued on sequins, paint and glued on beads. Oh and rose stickers for under her feet. TVG image has easily replicatable shapes, so it should be fairly simple to do. Have fun!

  3. Now this is really easy to do. Do you have any magazines? Well I use to do this with all my planners. Well cut out random sayings in Magazines that describe you and your friends. Like BEAUTIFUL, FRIENDS, HOME, etc. Then place them on your planner in anyway covering the whole entire thing. When your all done it will  be GORGEOUS..........

  4. More detail? A better description perhaps?

I'm just going to assume it's an ordinary spiral-bound dealio from Mead or something.

You can always make a new cover for it out of paper or something. You can also tie charms to the end of the binding to use as a bookmark. What I did was get some white butcher paper, covered up my planner, got some sharpies, and doodled all over it.

Glue rhinestones on it, add stickers, whatever. Have fun. :-D

  5. go to the craft store and get scrapbooking papers, stickers, and other emblishments that catch your eye. You could just attach them with a glue stick and then cover the whole thing when you are done with clear packing tape to seal it. I think it would also be cure with some rhinestone or other gems....also can be found in the scrappbooking section. If you don't or have never scrapbooked.....you will be totally suprised with the super cute stuff they have. Have fun!

  6. Stickers and doodles and things like that one the cover can be middle-school appropriate if you pick the right stickers and doodles and stuff.  Fabric paint will work on plastic covers.  If you get the right glue, you can attach ribbons or other fun pieces of fabric stuff.

Of course, you could just cover the whole thing in fabric.  Choose a light solid color and then decorate it as you wish.  Tape the cover in place.  When you're tired of this one, change the cover to a new one and decorate it differently.

  7. use markers to underline all the lines.

that's what i used to do.

you can make it real colorful.
