We have a problem with our Grundig elegance 19" with built in dvd and freeview. ?

We brought this item and had no problems at first, then the tv would just cut off and reappear with no sound, it keeps doing this after 5 mins and does it again and then will not turn back on at all, we cant return back to shop where we purchased it because it was an ebay item. has anyone had the same problem? and how to get it fixed.

the only thing you can do is take it to a local tv repairer, if you don`t know any one, then ask amongst your acquaintances / friends for a recommendation

how long ago did you purchase it? was it new ? How did you pay paypal/ was it funded by a debit card with visa sign or by credit card? You still have rights purchasing through ebay.

Did you change the ariel for the digital reception? If not this could be the problem.
